Terms of use
Observatory is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The terms below add to it.
Premium subscriptions
Premium is available as a monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Your data
Your focus data is yours. How we handle it is set out in the privacy policy. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the app, abuse the service, or use it in a way that breaks the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
No guarantees
Observatory is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions, and we aren't liable for losses arising from its use to the extent the law allows.
